A TYPICAL DAY

We start the day in silence. We practice and propose you the days you are here, the intermittent fasting
but it is not mandatory, if you need it you can use the kitchen and prepare your breakfast, we provide the food.

– 08:00 Yoga and meditation philosophy (please, no phone in the yoga room)
– 9:00 Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (all level)
– 10:30 Mindfulness guided meditation, Bhakti yoga, dynamic meditation or similar

Starting from March 2024, we’ll lead Systemic Constellations ONCE A WEEK instead of the morning class,
provided there is a minimum of six participants.

– 11:30 Brunch (no phone on the table during any meal)
– 12:30 Free time

– 16:30 Yin yoga, mantra and pranayama or dynamic meditation (please, no phone in the yoga room)
– 18:00 Vipassana meditation (small guide to start + 20 minutes of silence)

– 19:00 Silent dinner (finishing dinner is allowed to talk)
– 22:00 Rest and quiet atmospher for a good rest of the others.

*Silent breakfast and dinner are strict and mandatory.

While we are not a silent retreat, we do offer small moments of silence to begin to make friends with it.
It has a quite bad reputation, but calm and inner peace can only appear in a state of inner silence.
If we are not able to be silent outwardly, how can we be silent inwardly?
Difficult if not impossible, isn’t it? 
Apart from that, for those of us who live here with this constant movement of people coming and going, these moments of silence are part of our daily medicine to be able to sustain this intense rhythm of work and presence.
