Meditation is a simple, but not a simplistic practice, that leads us to connect with the authentic truth
and perennial that resides and emanates from the interior of each being.

Phrases like “that’s just how I am” or “I can’t change” contain deep lies that we tell ourselves
without realizing it and that nevertheless prevent us from taking responsibility for our
actions and reactions, blaming “others” or “the circumstances” for our frustrations and discomforts.

Change is not only possible, but it is an inalienable right of every Human Being,
The ease of adaptation to change is one of the best qualities we have as a race.

Transpersonal Meditation is the “trainable ability” to go through the different layers that make up
our personality and go beyond them, directing the Observer towards another reality
perennial and unchanging of himself, towards the reality of him beyond what he believes he is.
